Jackson played in the WHL and has a dad who coached in the NHL and WHL. He needs major improvement as a coach with his team structure and systems and also with player development. No video, no feedback, gave guys plays a week before playoffs but never asked to execute them. Verbally abusive to some and unfair playing time. His favourites were the ones with very poor hockey IQ.
