Coach Pat is simply outstanding. From day one, they brought an incredible combination of technical expertise, patience, and genuine passion for the game that made every practice something our kids looked forward to. They have a real gift for meeting players at their level — pushing them just enough to grow without losing their love for hockey. Communication with parents is always clear and respectful, and you can tell they truly care about each player's development both on and off the ice. Our son's skating, positioning, and confidence have all improved dramatically this season. We couldn't ask for a better coach — five stars, without hesitation.
Pat has been outstanding when it comes to hockey-specific development. His sessions are dialed in on real game situations (puck control, shooting mechanics, passing under pressure, and situational awareness). Every drill has a purpose, and you can see how it translates directly into what they’re doing in games. He also keeps the intensity high and expectations clear. The kids know they’re there to work, but they enjoy it because it feels competitive and challenging. Since training with Pat, we’ve seen noticeable improvements in confidence with the puck, offensive instincts, and overall hockey IQ.
Coach Pat has a strong presence on the ice. He challenges players and keeps the level of competition high, which is something you really notice when you’re around the program every day. He knows how to push athletes to get more out of themselves.
