Knows the game of hockey. Develops forwards and defensemen equally. Fair ice time. Genuine respect from coachable kids.

Not in it to develop the kids and honestly he doesn't care about wins or losses. If you want a coach that yells he is it.

Son was coached by him for two years and everytime Mike had to run practices it was a disaster. Great with the boys, cares about them, but in situations where split moment decisions need to be made he falls short.
